XSM - LC - The multi-purpose CNC benchtop machine

xystum provides a wide range of milling, metrology and scanning solutions including 3d high accuracy benchtop machines for reverse engineering, high speed milling, inspection and measuring. A large variety of sensors can be mounted on the XSM Machines; starting form trigger probes - ideal for entry level measuring and inspecting capabilities - to continuous mechanical one - for reverse engineering and high accuracy measuring and inspection - and laser probes - for non contact high speed scanning. An advance look-ahead bbased milling function is available  to complete the range of application allowing to produce moulds and dies as well as models and prototypes in several materials like alluminum, brass, zirconium oxide, resins, plastics, wood and others.

xystum scanning and milling technology is also available as a stand-alone solution to be integrated in any new automatic CMMs (Coordinate Measuring Machines),  milling machine, or as a retrofit package for the existing installations. Further information available on the CNC for CMM section.
